Today’s new release of 7Moments adds “responsiveness”, so it scales inside your browser window.

Seit ein paar Tagen ist es soweit, 7Moments spricht deutsch! Jetzt könnt ihr bedenkenlos auch Eure Großmutter zu 7Moments einladen. Die Sprache wird automatisch nach Einstellungen im Browser ausgewählt. Für den Fall, dass man sich 7Moments einfach mal in der anderen Sprache ansehen will, gibt es unten auf der Seite einen Link.

So after private photos of Mark Zuckerberg apparently leaked yesterday, i just decided to send Mark an invite to 7Moments.

Nearly two years ago Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg declared the end of privacy in a famous stage appearance.

Some did, a lot did not agree with him.

We all know that absolute and total security of data is not even possible if all your documents automatically burn after reading. Meanwhile Facebook seems to have a run in security flaws that are reveiling data, photos or emailadresses, to those who should not be able to access it.

Seriously, being developers, we see the difficulties and i personally feel sorry when code fails to do what it should, which happens. But then I even do feel more sorry for people who might not even realise how public their photos are while they upload them.

We are building 7Moments for those people and for events or occasions where you want to collect and exchange photos within a group in a nice and easy manner.

And we are working hard to make that possible in a most secure and safe way. You actually can even import photos over from Facebook, while we do not store your login information in our systems.

Privacy is not only the default at 7Moments,
privacy is the only option we offer right now.

At 7Moments, right now, you can’t even see your auntie’s emailaddress in your family holiday album, unless it was yourself who kindly invited her to it.

Schaut man sich die Fotos von Freunden und Bekannten in den sozialen Netzen an, findet man wenig Privates. Wir haben uns einfach daran gewöhnt, dass das Internet öffentlich ist und teilen vieles nicht, was wir eigentlich gerne teilen würden.
